Yiou have no idea what condition it's in, how well it runs or how well the previous owner took care of the car.You must visually inspect the car up close, photos aren't good enough, you must test drive the car, an email isn't good enough. You must negotiate with the seller in in person. A text message isn't good enough. You can search online all you want. Craigslist and the AutoTrader are the two best sites. But when it comes down to choosing the right car you MUST do this in person. You can't return a car, you don't have any rights to a refund, once you sing the contract it's your car.
