Penelope Armond: I do nearly all of the cooking, although I've been making my husband learn to do some basic things this year.Tonight we had a chicken, tomato and carrot casserole, in an onion and garlic sauce, roast potatoes, courgettes in lemon butter, and chocolate cinder toffee for pudding.
