Michelle Sohre: I usually get them about a day before i start. they last the first two days of my period, then stop, thankfully! mine are really bad as well so its like hell during the first two days! men are so lucky they dont have to go through wot us women have to!! lol...x
Clinton Migliori: years ago I got really bad cramps before my period, my cramps were so bad I couldn't stand it, but I had a baby and no more cramps. I'm in menopause now so there is no more period. What you can do for the cramps is take Midol and use a heating pad, it will make you more comfortable. Good luck!
