A role model can be anyone, not just a celebrity, it can be your mom, dad, sister, friend, etc. A celebrity can be a role model if you look up to them and admire them.

Willetta Munhall: Well you shouldn't really want a celebrity to be your role model. Because the Hollywood world is harsh, and you never know what they're up to. I mean when someone asks you "Who is you! r role model" they are most likely looking for a family member or friend, or a famous person in history. Would you really want to say something like "Vannessa Hudgens? or Miley Cyrus" I mean look how well those two turned out.
